Aminut Instalatzia (“the Site”, “we”, “us”) respects the privacy of visitors to ishravrav.com. This document explains what information we collect, how it is stored, and the purposes for which it is used, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations.

1. What Information We Collect
Information you provide to us — when filling out the contact form on the Site: name, phone number, email address (if provided), and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically — when submitting the form and browsing the Site: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, date and time, and usage data via cookies as described in Section 5.
Providing information through the form is done voluntarily and with your consent. You are not legally required to provide this information, but without it we will not be able to get back to you.
2. How We Use the Information
- Responding to your inquiry and providing a price quote.
- Managing inquiries and customer relations, and keeping records of service requests.
- Improving the Site and measuring advertising and marketing performance (as described in Section 5).
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
3. Where the Information Is Stored
Inquiry details are stored in the following systems: the Site’s content management system (WordPress), hosted by Hostinger; a lead-management file in Google Sheets (Google Workspace); and the business email inbox. Access to this information is restricted to the business owner and authorized personnel only.
4. Sharing Information with Third Parties
Personal information will not be transferred to third parties, except: technical service providers used to operate the Site (hosting, Google), acting as data processors on our behalf; or where required by law, court order, or the demand of a competent authority.
Some service providers (such as Google) may store information on servers located outside of Israel. The use of these services is subject to their own privacy policies.
5. Cookies, Advertising, and Measurement
The Site uses the following tools:
- Google Ads — conversion measurement and targeted advertising (remarketing). You can opt out of ad personalization at: https://adssettings.google.com
- Google Analytics / Site Kit — anonymous site usage statistics.
- Google reCAPTCHA — protection against automated form submissions. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
This website uses the Privacy Suite for WordPress by Complianz to collect and record Browser and Device-based Consent. For this functionality, your IP address is anonymized and stored in our database. This service does not process any personally identifiable information and does not share any data with the service provider. For more information, see the Complianz Privacy Statement.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may impair some of the Site’s functionality.
6. Data Security
We employ accepted security measures, including encrypted traffic (SSL/HTTPS), restricted access to systems, and strong passwords. However, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity against unauthorized access.
7. Data Retention
Inquiry details are retained for as long as they are needed for the purposes for which they were collected — responding to inquiries, managing customer relations, and business record-keeping — or until we receive a deletion request from you.
8. Your Rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law, you have, among others, the following rights: the right to review the information held about you; the right to request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated; and the right to request deletion of your information. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 10, and we will handle your request promptly.
